A dark animated black comedy of modern-day science fiction, that follows the accidental creation of a crime family through extreme and unusual circumstances.
Mr. X’s past transgressions have caught up with him; when an offer from a questionable Doctor presents an opportunity for reward and redemption. Their solution is to grow and harvest genetically mutated organs to trade on the black market. But their plans hit an unexpected turn with the creation of Rosa, a child-like mutant pig, accidentally manufactured in their lab. Mr. X then has to strike a balance between the happier but unconventional family life he has always craved, and the dingy, dark underworld of drug dealers, gangsters, and human meat burgers.
